Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with katsu5. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using aliases, false identities, or proxy registration, is strictly prohibited. katsu5 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. If we discover that you have opened or maintained more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets and transactions, and confiscate any funds or winnings derived from those Accounts. Only the original, verified Account may be retained at our sole discretion.
Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password combination to access your Account. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the original source and potential Account suspension.

Members found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and Accounts permanently closed without refund of remaining balance.
All sports bets placed through katsu5 are governed by our sportsbook rules, which cover bet acceptance, settlement procedures, dead heat rules, postponement and cancellation policies, and dispute resolution. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, katsu5 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service, even if katsu5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall katsu5's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the claim arises.
katsu5 reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably suspect: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (d) use of the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction; or (e) failure to respond to KYC verification requests within a reasonable timeframe. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
katsu5 may terminate your Account and this Agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to material breach of these Terms, engaging in prohibited activities, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. If your Account is terminated due to breach or fraud, katsu5 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and winnings. If termination is for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and charges.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification. Voluntary closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure, including outstanding debts or violations of these Terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices.
